Prime Minister Hun Sen on Monday announced and revealed the design of a 60,000-seat National Stadium to host the SEA Games in 2023. The Phnom Penh Post reports that the approximately $100 million stadium will be made possible by the donation from China! The stadium will be completed either by 2019 or 2020 by a Chinese construction firm.
